Licensing
Licensed in Arizona and Utah
HomeQuest Mortgage (NMLS #168962) is licensed to originate mortgages in Arizona and Utah, and I hold my individual loan originator license there as well (Jordan Carpenter, NMLS #2001895). A mortgage is licensed by the state the property sits in — so if your home is in any of these 2 states, I can do your loan.
There's no automatic "reciprocity" between states. Each state issues its own license, and I've gone through that process in all 2. For you, that means continuity — if a move, second home, or investment property crosses one of these state lines, you keep the advisor who already knows your income, goals, and timing.
